Customer Service Representative - Logistics -
Junior Location:
Framingham, Massachusetts (Remote)
Job Summary:
Our team is seeking a driven professional to provide superior logistics support to vendors and carriers. We focus on ensuring timely communication and top-notch service, addressing performance issues and facilitating new vendor setups.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to vendors and carriers by responding promptly to inquiries and calls. Create and manage cases within Service Now for accurate reporting and issue tracking. Facilitate vendor interactions regarding routing requests, order dates, shipping specifics, and POE shipments. Conduct systems administration duties, analyze database locations, and troubleshoot E-Routing issues.
Required:
2-5 years in customer service, supply chain, merchandising/planning, or distribution. Outstanding communication skills and phone etiquette, adaptable in fast-paced settings. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively, embracing change with high attention to detail and initiative.
