Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated professionals to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and operational support within a high-volume talent acquisition environment. Our team values strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding employment brand experience by acting as the primary liaison among candidates, recruiters, and internal HR partners. Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews, as well as draft and send offer letters to candidates. Initiate and track pre-hire background checks, adjudicate employment and education verifications, and ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and compliant. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, monitor candidate pipelines, and proactively prepare new hires for orientation.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience supporting talent acquisition or human resources processes. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
