This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $2,000 per month, with total earning potential up to $60,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Salary Range:

NC/SC Property and Casualty Licenses required Previous Allstate experience preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others. Comfortable using computers and standard office software. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services. Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account management. Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Support the sales team by providing customer information and generating leads. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
