Customer Service Representative

Order Management / Customer Service Specialist Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Specialist to support order processing and customer service operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and a seamless customer experience across our dealer network. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and validate customer orders within the ERP system Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve exceptions Monitor order status and manage updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits Maintain accurate documentation for orders, purchase orders, and confirmations Respond to inbound customer calls and emails related to orders, products, and services Manage customer service inquiries including returns, exchanges, and order modifications Support dealer network inquiries (this role does not work with end consumers) Collaborate with sales, logistics, production, planning, warehouse, and finance teams Ensure orders are processed within 48 hours and customer communications are responded to within 48 hours Take on phone queue responsibilities after 45-60 days of training Manage Tier 0 / Tier 1 accounts (lower-volume accounts) Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in order management and customer service Experience using an ERP system for order entry Experience within the manufacturing industry High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or retail environments Key Skills Order management and order entry Customer service and customer support ERP systems proficiency Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication Problem-solving and issue resolution Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (EST)
