Job Description

We are currently seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to work full-time in the Meridian, Idaho area. The top applicants will have a minimum 1 year in an administrative role and have excellent communication skills. Our next training class starts on Tuesday, October 21st . Remote work options available. The customer service representative answers incoming phone calls from various customers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Answer phone calls from members and/or their agents to resolve their questions or concerns Provide any information regarding account status, such as premium amount/due and payment history. Respond to requests for assistance and processing payments Access appropriate information using multiple systems Work in collaboration with administration to obtain appropriate member eligibility. Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve account status issues. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
: Educational degrees must be from a US Department of Education accredited school. Must have a High School diploma/GED. 18 years of age or older 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required. Typing 30 WPM Ability to work independently
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
