6+ Month Contract Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you'll guide callers through policy details, payments, and account status with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. You'll handle sensitive financial information with discretion, multitask across multiple systems during live calls, and play a key part in delivering a high-quality customer experience—while supporting a team that values reliability, continuous improvement, and curiosity about responsible AI enhancements. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent 2-3+ years of customer service experience (financial services strongly preferred) 1-3+ years of experience using Windows-based systems and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) Ability to explain complex information in a clear, customer-friendly way Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Professional handling of confidential/sensitive information Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems during live customer interactions Strong reliability, including consistent attendance and schedule adherence Nice to Have Skills Experience supporting customers with annuities, pensions, or claims processes Comfort learning new technologies and openness to workflow improvements supported by Artificial Intelligence Preferred Education and Experience Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Financial services customer service experience strongly preferred Other Requirements Training (On-Site): Five-week instructor-led training program plus a two-week nesting period; attendance at all training sessions is mandatory
Post-Training Work Arrangement:
After successful completion of quality certification/assessment, work will be from your home office
On-Site Requirement:
Must work from the Warwick office at least one day per month
Home Office Requirements:
Quiet, secure workspace free of distractions High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router ( hot spots not allowed ) If system issues occur at home, you may be required to report to the Warwick office until resolved
Scheduling:
