Job Description

InSync Consulting Services is hiring motivated and customer-focused professionals for a fully remote Healthcare Enrollment Specialist position. In this role, you will assist eligible families with qualifying for healthcare plans, explaining available coverage options, and helping them navigate enrollment and disenrollment processes. This position is primarily inbound call support, with some outbound follow-up calls as needed. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace to ensure professionalism and confidentiality.
Start Date:
09/28/2026 4-5 Weeks Onsite Training, Fully Remote after or Onsite (Candidate Choice) 6 months with possible extension Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Job Responsibilities Respond to inbound 800-line calls and complete outbound support calls as needed Answer questions regarding healthcare plan options, enrollment, disenrollment, and eligibility Assist beneficiaries with enrollment transaction requests and processing Provide guidance regarding medical exemptions and waiver inquiries Share enrollment/disenrollment status updates with beneficiaries Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare options and managed care plans available in each service area Follow all company policies, procedures, desk guides, and compliance standards Meet productivity and quality assurance goals established for the position Provide backup support for forms processing and research functions when needed Escalate concerns to supervisors or county/state agency representatives when appropriate Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare support, or a related field Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, health insurance, human services, or public assistance programs Previous call center experience supporting healthcare or public service programs Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following languages is highly preferred: Armenian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Farsi, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai, Laotian, Ukranian and Vienamense are pirority languages. Work Environment Requirements High-speed internet connection required Quiet, private home workspace required Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
Pay:
$20.25 per hour Application Question(s): What language are you bilingual in? Are you willing to work onsite for the first 4-5 weeks of training starting Monday 09/28/26?
