Job Description
Overview Searching for part-time to start, which can turn into full-time if a good fit is determined in both directions after the first few months. Customer Service Rep acting as the primary contact for guests prior to travel with our company on their vacation. and to help handle all of the prep: answering questions by email and text and phone. Work from home or on the road.... Just need to be connected and contactable by cell. All of the guests traveling with our company are dependent upon the person in this position for planning and to remove their travel anxiety and to make sure they have a quality experience with the company from start to finish. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and texts. Make adjustments to customer schedules. And follow up for quality control to check on their experience after travel is completed. Secondary duty is to assist the executive team with some other operations.
