Schedule:

35 hours per week / 7 working hours per day Key Responsibilities Coordinate import/export operations involving ocean, air, and domestic freight. Monitor inventory and support the flow of goods. Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Enter and maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system. Qualifications Experience in import/export operations and inventory management. Understanding of international trade processes and Incoterms. Experience processing purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Familiarity with ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Japanese-English bilingual proficiency preferred.
