Customer Service Representative American College of Physicians - 3.7 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description The American College of Physicians (ACP) is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join the Member and Product Support department as a Member and Product Support Representative. ACP, a national organization of internal medicine physicians with headquarters in Philadelphia, is the largest medical specialty organization and the second-largest physician group in the United States with more than 163,000 members worldwide. This is a full-time hybrid position with 2 days in-office per week required. The Member and Product Support Representative will handle incoming calls, email correspondence, and online chat support from ACP members and customers, as well as other related customer services such as processing payments and data entry functions. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining a thorough knowledge of ACP product lines, programs, publications, services, and initiatives. Processing all types of transactions to satisfy customer requests, including product orders, membership dues payments, meeting registrations, refunds, cancellations, and any other financial adjustments. Providing customer support in navigating our websites, online products, apps, and e-commerce. Navigating our customer relationship management system. Providing support and assistance with special projects. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Candidates for this position must possess a positive customer service attitude and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience required; college degree preferred. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong time management and organizational skills. Previous customer service experience required, preferably within a membership association or high-volume call center environment. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
