Job Description The Customer Service Representative at IATC supports existing customers by assisting with product selection, quotation preparation, order processing, and ongoing relationship development. This role operates in a business‑to‑business industrial environment and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand technical customer needs related to centrifugal fans and air movement equipment. This position works closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist existing customers with product selection and technical coordination Prepare and manage quotations and order documentation Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers in an industrial B2B setting Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are met Support ongoing account management and customer satisfaction Skills Highly motivated and dependable Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Capable of self-study and independent research Team-oriented mindset Relationship-focused approach to customer service Knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Mechanical aptitude or interest in industrial products Previous sales or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferred) Ability to Implement Apply product knowledge to support customer selection and quoting Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Build trust and credibility with industrial customers Benefits Competitive pay based on competency ( $18-$25 per hour ) 100% employer-paid health insurance and HSA for employees Flexible paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with employer matching Discretionary bonuses Reimbursement for all required business travel Hybrid and remote work opportunities available for the right applicant Encouragement to Apply We are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
