Utilize Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and productivity software to document customer interactions, update records, and track issues accurately. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer literacy skills, including maintaining filing systems and updating client information. Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Provide support for client communication by preparing Word documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. Demonstrate technical proficiency in using QuickBooks for invoicing or billing processes when required. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles with strong phone etiquette and organizational skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Office experience including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or technical tools. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
