Job Description
Job Description Yorkville Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented practice. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and truly enjoys being part of a team that works hard to provide outstanding care to pets and their people.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting
- Excel in multitasking and maintaining composure in a busy environment
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Be comfortable on their feet for extended periods
- Take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client
Requirements:
- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous veterinary or animal care experience required
