Job Description Yorkville Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented practice. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and truly enjoys being part of a team that works hard to provide outstanding care to pets and their people.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting
• Excel in multitasking and maintaining composure in a busy environment
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Be comfortable on their feet for extended periods
• Take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client

Requirements:

• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
• Previous veterinary or animal care experience required
