Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order management and ensure on-time delivery of products. This role is fully on-site at our Baltimore City office and includes the added benefit of free, convenient parking. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status Review purchase orders to determine part availability Expedite orders via phone and online systems Communicate updates and resolve order issues Generate reports and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers Assist with order entry as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 6+ months of relevant experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Detail-oriented with ability to multitask Team player with a positive attitude Schedule & Location Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 100% on-site role (not remote) Free on-site parking provided - no need to worry about city parking Overtime as needed Benefits Competitive pay PTO and paid holidays Health and life insurance 401(k) Free parking (rare for Baltimore City locations) RESCO Defense is an
