Customer Service Education Representative (CSR) Key Responsibilities Screenshare with clients and educate them on how to run and manage their websites, including inventory management, order processing, and creating coupons. Guide clients over the phone through each education lesson, monitor client progress, and provide feedback to support their success. Return missed calls and respond to client emails and text inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist with rescheduling client appointments as needed. Support team members by helping cover appointments when required. Assist with side tasks, including creating digital materials such as brochures, logos, QR codes, and other visual or educational assets. Troubleshoot website backend issues, storefront functionality, and wholesale supplier concerns. Schedule follow-up appointments with Education, Marketing, or Customer Support teams as needed. Work Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM May occasionally need to work later to accommodate client schedules.
