Job Description The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting sales by delivering exceptional customer care and operational support. In this position, you will help drive sales growth by providing effective solutions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring a high level of service for both internal teams and external customers. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working within systems such as Salesforce and SAP. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day customer support to both internal and external stakeholders Partner with sales teams to support account activities and drive business growth Accurately process orders, resolve issues, and manage customer inquiries Utilize Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP) systems to maintain data integrity and ensure efficient workflows Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and timelines Deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience Qualifications Preference to experience with SAP or other ERP systems Preference to experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Initial training will be onsite for 2-4 weeks Hybrid schedule after training:

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delavan, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
