The Opportunity The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary liaison between Fillmore Linen Service and its healthcare partners. This role is responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships while ensuring consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The CSR represents the face and voice of Fillmore, embodying the company's mission of service excellence and community impact. This position requires a proactive, solutions-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and is committed to supporting patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff at all levels through consistent on-site presence and communication. Understand customer needs, anticipate challenges, and act as a trusted advisor on linen management and operational efficiency. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence. Service Excellence and Issue Resolution Manage and resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism. Investigate service disruptions, delivery issues, and quality concerns while coordinating with internal teams to implement timely solutions. Track service trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Linen Inventory Management and Recovery Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and identify discrepancies. Drive linen recovery initiatives and educate hospital staff on proper handling and return procedures. Partner with customers to optimize par levels, reduce waste, and ensure adequate supply for patient care. Customer Education and Training Provide ongoing training and education to hospital staff on linen management, infection prevention, and compliance standards. Develop materials and conduct sessions that support operational efficiency and patient safety while reinforcing best practices. Operational Coordination Serve as the bridge between customers and internal operations by coordinating delivery schedules, order adjustments, and urgent service needs. Utilize systems such as ControlTex to monitor performance and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless service execution. Account Management, Growth, and Retention Support customer retention through strong relationships and consistent service delivery. Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve efficiency, and contribute to account growth. Balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
What We're Looking For Experience:
3-5 years' experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in healthcare, manufacturing, or service operations environments. Customer -
