Location:
Work from Home (Remote) (100% remote candidates from all states

Pay:
$16.00/HR
Shift:
Must be available to work between 6am•10pm EST (schedule will fall within these hours), Monday•Sunday
Training:
Monday•Friday, 8am•5pm EST (4-6 weeks) The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering high-quality service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities for a Remote Customer Service Specialist include but are not limited to: Handle inbound customer calls, researching and resolving inquiries related to accounts, services, and policy questions Provide empathetic, professional customer support while actively listening and identifying customer needs Document all interactions accurately in internal systems and follow established procedures and guidelines Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolution Candidates for the Customer Service Specialist must meet the following requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or banking. Strongmunication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with strong attention to detail What's in it for you? Pay Details:
