Job Description

What You'll Do:
Accurately enter sales orders into a USDA Database, either supporting the swine, or the cattle program. Manage incoming orders through a dedicated email account Update ship-to account information as needed Generate reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel Support customer service tasks related to credits, debits, and account management Provide professional, timely communication with customers and internal teams Work from home if you live in certain US states (see below) Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week Contract is expected to last at least 12 months

What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of related customer service and/or order entry experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently Proficiency with basic PC skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF Experience with Office 365 and SAP is preferred but not required Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Must be able to register for a USDA eAuthentication account (requires a valid Driver's License) Must live in one of the following US states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
