Customer Service/Sales Representative

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client preferences using Microsoft Office tools. Collaborate with team members to identify sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction. Support client services by managing appointments, updating client information, and ensuring timely follow-up. Qualifications Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus. Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments preferred. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. Experience with outbound calling and client engagement strategies is advantageous. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
