Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance as this is a 4 days onsite position with an option to Work from home on Friday. Relocation assistance is not available.
Duration :
24+ month contract with a high possibility of extensions
Shift:
Any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday. Available shifts are 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM.

Handle inbound customer/dealer calls and occasional emails regarding orders and products. Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution. Document all interactions in the case management system. Handle approximately 15-20 calls per day. Required /
Must-Have:
Call Center experience 6+ months of customer service/support experience Researching and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Microsoft Office proficiency Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays Reliable work history and proven dependability Reliable home internet and distraction-free workspace
Additional Notes:
Training:
8:00 AM-4:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks.
Full productivity:
Expected within 3-4 months.
Travel:
Limited local travel, approximately twice a year Retention bonuses and pay increases are offered at 6, 12, and 24 months of employment
