In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional support and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multilingual capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction, support sales initiatives, and ensure seamless account management across various channels. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Assist clients with account setup, updates, and troubleshooting to enhance their experience. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and gather customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through meticulous data entry in CRM systems. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and improve overall service quality. Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements in support processes. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, update documentation, and manage correspondence. ✅
Basic Qualifications:
