Responsibilities in this position include:

Answering inbound calls Client data entry Responding to information inquiries Enhancing our customer experience A great opportunity for students and parents; we are currently working in a hybrid schedule for in-office and remote work. Qualified applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, complaint call management, attention to detail, and basic computer skills such as email, google suite, word, and excel.

Requirements:
