Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the insurance industry. As an Entry Level Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting various insurance products. This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development within the field. It is a hybrid position that can be worked anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate effectively to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits administration. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records. Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and product offerings to better serve clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with insurance sales processes or benefits administration is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for career advancement within the company. Willingness to get a state license with our assistance.
