Duties Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to attract new clients and expand existing accounts across diverse markets. Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios to recommend suitable insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies. Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, benefits administration documentation, and client communication records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product updates to offer expert guidance. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Office tools for sales tracking and client management. Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively. Customer relationship building expertise combined with outstanding customer service skills. Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
