Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is currently seeking a Flood Customer Service Representative. Southern Farm Bureau is a great company and an excellent place to work. The Flood Customer Service Representative will assure quality customer service for customers and Agents. Handle complex questions pertaining to flood insurance policies. Modify flood data in Flood System when necessary. Essential Functions Assist customers and Agents with complex questions regarding flood insurance policies. Provide rate quotes for increases in coverage on existing policies. Perform additional duties as required or requested by the Supervisor or Lead. May assist in training new staff members when and where required. Additional Responsibilities Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
