Job Description
Arrowhead Promotion is seeking dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representatives in the state of Minnesota to join our team. If you excel at providing exceptional service and assistance over the phone, we want you! Enjoy a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, attractive benefits within 90 days of employment, and the flexibility to work either remotely or onsite.
Position Highlights Location:
Minnesota (candidates from the Grand Rapids area preferred)Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, with various shifts availableCompensation:
$15/hour, with pay increases as you progress in the role Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus Responsibilities As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to handle a variety of tasks, including: Assisting customers with web/phone orders, program registration, and order/rebate inquiries Providing product information Addressing general customer service inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Requirements To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and highly accurate in your work Ability to multitask and support other departments as needed Pleasant voice, good grammar, and strong writing skills Typing speed of 25-30 WPM Capability to handle 40-60 calls per day with efficiency Ability to be available for taking calls for 80% of your day. Proficiency in basic computer knowledge and skills Tactful handling and de-escalation of stressful situations Adaptability in a dynamic environment Adherence to policies and confidentiality requirements regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Consistent attendance record Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination Shift Requirements Our current needs include the following shifts: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm CST, Monday
- Friday; rotating 9:00am
- 5:00pm CST Saturdays 10:30 am
- 7:00 pm CST, Monday
- Friday; rotating 9:00am
- 5:00pm CST Saturdays Training schedule for the first two weeks will be 8:30am
- 4:30pm CST, Monday
- Friday.
