Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales activities to identify prospective clients and expand our customer base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Prepare insurance quotes and explain policy terms, premiums, deductibles, limits, and available discounts. Complete administrative tasks, including processing policy documents, updating CRM records, and maintaining accurate client information. Build strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, responding to inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Educate clients about insurance requirements, policy features, exclusions, and coverage benefits. Assist clients with life, property and casualty, and commercial insurance needs. Use Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and client interactions. Participate in telemarketing and lead-generation campaigns to promote insurance products and develop new business. Stay informed about industry trends, company products, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes affecting insurance sales and customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services is preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our diverse client base. Knowledge of life, property and casualty, or commercial insurance products is highly desirable. Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage. Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or benefits administration is helpful but not required. Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license and a Life and Health insurance license within the first three months of employment.
