You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities in order to decrease exposures and provide better protection. We're conveniently located in Roseland, New Jersey, and offer a hybrid remote work model, providing the flexibility to work from home while staying engaged with our collaborative team and local community. We're looking for motivated, self-driven team players who are eager to succeed and build a rewarding, purpose-driven career. Experience in the industry is preferred, but not required. We provide training and resources. If you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities #1 Agency in the Country in 2021 out of 10,000 Agencies Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays following the Allstate Calendar Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Licensing Reimbursement Hands onTraining Continuous Growth and Learning Environment Requirements Licensing:
Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is preferred.Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Customer Focus:
A keen ability to exceed client expectations and provide outstanding service.Team Collaboration:
Ability to foster positive relationships and work well within a team setting.Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in using digital communication tools.Responsibilities Client Engagement:
Proactively connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide value-driven solutions.Inbound & Outbound Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a focus on exceptional service, client satisfaction, and achieving sales goals.Policy Development:
Recommend tailored property and casualty insurance policies that align with each client's unique risk profile and coverage needs.Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to enhance protection through additional lines of coverage, improving overall client security and retention.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and ongoing support.Product & Industry Knowledge:
Stay current with insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
