You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities in order to decrease exposures and provide better protection. We're conveniently located in Roseland, New Jersey, and offer a hybrid remote work model, providing the flexibility to work from home while staying engaged with our collaborative team and local community. Salary Range:

Training Continuous Growth and Learning Environment Requirements Licensing:

Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication:

Policy Development:

Recommend tailored property and casualty insurance policies that align with each client's unique risk profile and coverage needs.

Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to enhance protection through additional lines of coverage, improving overall client security and retention.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and ongoing support.

Product & Industry Knowledge:

Stay current with insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
