This is a hybrid remote, Monday-Friday role with weekends off, paid training, and uncapped commission on warm inbound calls. No cold calling. You'll take inbound calls from existing Allstate clients, help with policy changes, billing, and claims, and round out their coverage on auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance. We provide the leads, the training, and the support — you bring the work ethic. What you'll get:

Pay:

$35K-$45K base + uncapped commission ($70K+ average year one)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, weekends off, hybrid remote
