Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized guidance on life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance options. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage levels. Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client information accurately. Educate clients on benefits administration, policy details, and regulatory requirements to foster trust and transparency. Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline client communication and enhance service delivery. Experience Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable; however, we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to clearly explain complex insurance concepts. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, commercial insurance, and benefits administration is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and analysis skills for assessing client needs effectively.
