Job Description
Summary As a Customer Service Representative fluent in either French, Italian, German, Polish, Japanese, Croatian, Portuguese or Castilian Spanish you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your core skills in communication, data entry, and proficiency in English will enable you to effectively communicate on the phone. Join our team and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic work environment. Positions are available for the following languages and shifts:
- Japanese ( 6am-2:30pm (first 6 months) with opportunity to go remote after 6 months based on performance
- Remote hours might vary)
- Italian/ Polish/ German/ Portuguese/ Croatian (shift Monday
- Friday starting as early as 4am 40 hours a week)
- Castilian Spanish (shift Monday

Minimum Qualifications:
