Job Description

Overview Lead Customer Service Representative(Lead CSR) (Full Time) Meadow Wood Animal Hospital is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Lead CSR . This role is critical to implementing a strong organizational structure and operational efficiency for the front desk, healthcare team and hospital. Position Overview The Lead CSR will work closely with the Practice Owners and Hospital Administrator to provide administrative leadership in both personnel management and practice operations . This position plays a key role in supporting front desk team members in their onboarding, day-to-day operations and a reliable ongoing resource. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to front desk team members. Assist with personnel management, including communication, accountability, and team development. Which includes conducting departmental meetings and performance evaluations. Oversee operational workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency that will include team scheduling and phase training. Support organizational and administrative processes within the hospital, Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives to continuously improve patient and client care. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude Exhibit strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to team success Drug screening and background check required.
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
