$35,000 annually + Commission + Bonus Opportunities About the Role Newton Family Insurance, a growing and trusted Allstate agency, is seeking licensed bilingual insurance agents (Spanish/English) to join our in-office teams located in Mansfield, Duncanville, and Grand Prairie, Texas. This position plays an important role in helping families, individuals, and businesses protect their assets through tailored insurance solutions. In addition to supporting personal insurance needs, this role emphasizes growth in the Multifamily housing sector . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships through both in-person and phone interactions Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage explanations Process policy changes including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements Support clients with claims by guiding them through the claims process and coordinating with carriers when needed Present and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and renters policies Expand the agency's presence within the Multifamily housing market and other commercial areas Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure accurate recordkeeping of policies Collaborate with the internal team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals Qualifications Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Bilingual (Spanish/English) - professional fluency in both languages Prior insurance or risk management sales experience (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable Availability to work on-site in one of our office locations Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $35,000 annually Uncapped commission opportunities and performance-based bonuses Paid time off Ongoing professional development, training, and mentorship Collaborative, supportive office environment Please note: This is an on-site role only .
