Job Description

The LMS Client Support & Administration Representative is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and providing responsive, professional support to existing clients and system users. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers utilizing the LMS and works closely with internal training and operational teams to ensure users have access to the appropriate courses, resources, and system functionality. The ideal candidate is organized, technically comfortable, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for existing LMS customers and users, providing timely and professional support. Add, update, and maintain LMS user accounts and customer profiles. Assign courses, learning paths, and training materials based on customer and organizational needs. Create and maintain customer sub-branches, groups, permissions, and other LMS configurations. Troubleshoot basic LMS access, navigation, enrollment, and user-related issues. Escalate technical issues when appropriate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution. Generate LMS reports related to course enrollment, completion, participation, and other training metrics. Assist customers with understanding available LMS functionality and resources. Maintain accurate customer, user, and training records within the LMS. Support the onboarding of new LMS customers and users, including account setup and system orientation. Coordinate with the Training team to ensure course content and customer assignments are accurate and up to date. Identify recurring customer questions or system issues and recommend improvements to processes, documentation, or training resources. Develop and maintain LMS procedures, FAQs, user guides, and other support documentation. Assist with testing LMS updates, new functionality, and course deployments. Track open customer requests and follow through to ensure timely resolution. Provide administrative support for additional training initiatives and projects as needed. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Previous experience with a Learning Management System, customer support platform, software application, or similar technology preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through to completion. Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic system issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to users with varying levels of technical experience. Experience working with external customers or clients is preferred. Preferred Skills Previous LMS administration experience. Experience supporting SaaS or technology-based products. Experience creating reports and tracking user or training data. Experience developing user documentation or standard operating procedures. Familiarity with online learning, e-learning platforms, or training programs. Pay:
$48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
