TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA!

Job Description:

To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Answer 80-100 inbound calls per day

Requirements:

1-3 years of customer service experience Able to navigate multiple computer systems Completed High School Diploma Must have high speed internet (cable or fiber optic)

Training:

Monday

• Friday (fully onsite 6-8 weeks), 7:30am
• 4:00pm Shifts available after training: Monday
• Saturday (Sunday off & 1 weekday off), 11:00am
• 8:30pm, 11:30am
• 9:00pm, 12:30pm
• 10:00pm, 2:00pm
