October 26, 2026 Tential is hiring Member Service Representatives to join one of the nation's largest credit unions. This role begins with a 3-week on-site training and nesting program in Pensacola, FL, then transitions to a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on site and 2 days per week working from home. The pay rate for this role is $19.75/hour. As a Member Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for members, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll provide account support, educate members on products and services, and ensure every interaction builds trust and delivers an excellent member experience.
