Job Description
Now Hiring for Member Services Representatives to help answer inbound calls from insurance members regarding their medical insurance, billing or coverage questions!! This is a work from home, but must live within 1 hour of Bloomington, MN to pick up equipment!! Description Government Membership Services supports all of HealthPartners members who are enrolled in Medicare Insurance. - Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. - Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc. Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare insurance CSR experience Schedule 4 weeks of training, Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm; after training your schedule will move to a Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (you have the option to select your start time of 9am/915am/930am, the later the start time, the shorter the lunch break) #centralpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
