  • QuickBooks & Customer Support We are a growing small business looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with day-to-day operations.
Since we're still building and expanding, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company and be an important part of the team from the beginning. We need someone who is comfortable with QuickBooks, handling invoices, customer follow-up, replying to Facebook Messenger inquiries, and helping keep the office organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Enter and manage invoices in QuickBooks Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances Reply to customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger, phone calls, and email Help with scheduling appointments and job coordination Assist with basic bookkeeping and office organization Keep customer records updated and organized Support general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic bookkeeping or office experience is a plus Professional attitude and strong follow-up skills Position Details Part-time or Full-time available depending on experience Remote or in-person options may be available Located in Long Island, NY We're looking for someone trustworthy, motivated, and ready to help us grow. Since this is one of our first office hires, your role will be important in helping build the future of the company.
