Overview One of my long-time staff members put in their notice today (9/29/2026), leaving my personal lines manager role open in a few weeks. I would love to hire an experienced and licensed staff member to take over for them. I am looking for a full-time availability. Responsibilities Servicing existing clients with home insurance and auto insurance changes, dealing with phone calls, and taking claims. We're independent, so we re-market/re-quote when rates get out of line. You will be responsible for quoting new clients when we get word of mouth referrals. My agency has a stable and loyal client base that treats my staff well. We have a solidly upper-middle class base of customers. We have good support systems in place to bring you up to speed quickly. Qualifications You need have a valid insurance P&C insurance license or the capability of getting an insurance license within 60 days. You must have a solid work ethic and a drive to provide excellent customer service. I prefer someone who is good at talking with people on the phone and good at multi-tasking. We work with 10-15 different insurance company websites, so you must be good at learning new CMS software. I prefer to hire someone within 20 minutes from the office (Lakeville). Once trained, we can allow work-from-home for the right individual, but we prefer an individual to work in-office. Pay Pay range is salaried at 50K-80K per year depending on experience. My team is small, so I do not offer group health, but I can negotiate health insurance stipends or pay for direct PCP for the right candidates. I'm flexible and can work with reasonable family dynamics. I also offer uncapped paid leave upon management approval and prefer that my staff take 3-4 weeks per year for their personal use to rest and recharge.

$54,711.55 - $80,000.00 per year
