Job Description
About You Required:
Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Appropriate licensing as required.Nice to have:
1+ years of prior call center experience Currently licensed in P&C Working knowledge of Microsoft software, Applied Epic, and Salesforce. Here s what you ll bring to the role: You ll hold a bachelor s degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate a commitment to client service. You ll hold an active Producer s license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire. You ll use written and verbal communication skills effectively and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
