Job Summary We are hiring a Pharmacy CSR
  • Remote for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a growing healthcare customer service team.
This work-from-home role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning healthcare and pharmacy benefit systems. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with questions about prescription benefits, medication coverage, billing, claims, eligibility, prior authorizations, and delivery services. This is a fast-paced call center environment where strong communication, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach are essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist callers with prescription benefits, coverage, billing, eligibility, claims, prior authorizations, and medication delivery questions.
  • Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
  • Ask effective questions, identify customer needs, and provide clear, accurate, and empathetic support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions.
  • Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations in a fast-paced call center environment. Compensation and Benefits

    $15 per hour.

    Full-time.

  • Support customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with pharmacy benefit and medication service questions.
  • Research prescription coverage, claims, billing, eligibility, prior authorization, and delivery-related issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions while working toward first-call resolution.
  • Use multiple computer systems to resolve issues in a high-volume remote call center environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning multiple new systems.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required training.
  • Must be available to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
  • Must have a private, distraction-free workspace that is not a shared or common area of the home.
  • Must have a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection.
  • Must have minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • 5G, mobile hotspots, and satellite internet are not supported.
  • Must be able to remain on camera during working hours.
  • Must have a reliable computer and work setup suitable for a high-volume customer service environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Call center or contact center experience.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or medical office experience.
  • Previous remote or work-from-home experience.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, pharmacy benefits, or health insurance.
