Job Overview Clearline Mobility provides transportation for adults with developmental disabilities, getting them to their day programs and back. You will answer the phones for Clearline and for the other companies in our group. We are a small business with several companies, not a call center. The people who call are families, caregivers and program staff.
Most calls are scheduling:
someone needs a pickup moved, needs to cancel, or has a question about next week. Some calls are a concern or a complaint. Schedule and Pay Remote, working from your home in the Owasso area. Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central with an hour for lunch. Weekends off. $15 to $17 an hour to start, reviewed at ninety days. What You Will Do Answer incoming calls from families, caregivers and program staff. Record scheduling changes and cancellations accurately. Pass questions and concerns to the right person with complete notes. Handle operations and administrative work between calls. What We Are Looking For Someone who sounds warm and steady on the phone, including with a caller who is upset. Accuracy in writing. What you record is what someone else acts on, so names, times and commitments need to be right every time. Comfort following a set process, and the judgment to say you will find out and call back rather than guessing. A quiet, private workspace at home with reliable internet. Occasional availability for a local errand or drop-off in the Owasso area. Previous phone, scheduling, reception or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
