Remote Bilingual Customer Representatives :

Provide Technical Support to both English & Spanish speaking customers Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting & resolving technical issues Log results in ticketing system, escalate when needed Work with team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications :

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED or greater 6+ months experience with technical support, call center or help desk Be flexible and a good communicator Computer literate Must be completely fluent in both English & Spanish Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary Familiar with CCH Pro Systems fx, CCH Access Tax is a plus Background checks required

Equipment Required :

Windows 11 PC (version 1809 or newer) High Speed Internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload) Cell phone Compatibility - Chromebooks or MacBook's are not compatible with required software.
