Exciting Opportunity:

Customer Service Representative What We Offer:

Full-Time Flexibility:

40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM•8:15 PM, and rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM•2:00 PM twice a month.

Competitive Compensation:

$17•$18.50 per hour

Remote Work Option:

Start working from home after completing your training.

Your Role:

Provide fluent communication (Spanish is a plus!) Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Accurately enter data into our systems. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering world-class service .

What We're Looking For:

Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving. Ability to type at least 30 words per minute . Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication. Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
