Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify and secure new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to individual client requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the insurance process. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services within the community. Licensed within 72hours of start date Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations (including HIPAA), and new product offerings to provide informed advice to clients Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. A commitment to ongoing professional development within the insurance field is essential. That total covers your licensing, carrier appointments, E&O insurance, and access to our back-office platform and CRM. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 position, so these are startup expenses associated with getting licensed and set up to conduct business. Once you're licensed and contracted, you'll be able to work with clients and earn commissions based on your production.
