In this full-time role, you will conduct outbound phone calls to connect with individuals, gather essential information, and assist with coordination—all from the comfort of your home. (

Note:

This is an administrative support role, not a sales position.) What You'll Do Conduct outbound calls (expected target of 80 calls per day) Communicate effectively and professionally while gathering or confirming required details. Enter and update record details accurately into the system during and after calls. Maintain confidentiality, focus, and a professional demeanor on every call. Technical & System Requirements Because this is a fully remote position, candidates must own and operate a personal computer setup that meets or exceeds the following technical specifications:

Monitor:

15-inch screen or larger

Internet Speed:

Dedicated high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload Qualifications & Pre-Screening Requirements Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative phone work preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Self-motivated with strong time-management skills in a remote work setting.
