• Patient Scheduling Coordinator
• to support a highvolume scheduling environment.

This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate electronic documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for patients and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced call center setting, communicates effectively under pressure, and delivers highquality service while meeting strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Follow and reinforce established scheduling policies and procedures
• Communicate clear and complete appointment information to patients and internal teams
• Audit, complete, and maintain electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, peers, and supervisors daily
• Handle calls with empathy and professionalism, even in fastpaced or highpressure situations

• Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with diverse audiences
• Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in a team environment

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
