Job Description
THE JOB:
As a Customer Representative, you will be the friendly voice that helps guests book their stays and plan their visit. Your job is to make each guest feel welcome and ensure their experience is memorable, from the moment they call to the end of their stay.THE STARTING RATE
$19.00 THEDAY-TO-DAY
Help guests book hotel rooms (casino, regular, and convention), restaurant tables, entertainment, and special events. Provide information about our resort, its amenities, and the local area. Assist the Player Development team with reservations and complimentary services. Answer calls, which may involve transferring calls, handling in-room requests, and managing complex reservations for VIP guests. Ensure that all reservation and service requests are handled and confirmed as per company guidelines.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a similar call center or a customer service position Experience in a resort setting is a plus Familiarity with reservation systems like Opera, LMS, or ACSC is an advantage Proficient in English, both written and verbal Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks Strong computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (phone, copier, fax machine) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Good listening skills and strong judgment Professional appearance and demeanorTHE PERKS & BENEFITS

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is: $19.00 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
