Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 11:30am

•8:00pm Rotating Saturday (every 2-3 weeks, 8:00am

•4:00pm )

Training:

2-3 weeks onsite, Monday-Friday, 9:00am

•5:30pm Once proven: work from home on Fridays (with potential for additional flexibility during peak season) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer contacts by phone and email with a focus on order processing, product inquiries, billing, returns, and account updates. Resolve problems and provide timely updates on delivery and order status. Document customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and complete system processing. Communicate customer feedback, issues, and trends to leadership. Develop product and system knowledge to effectively serve customers. Uphold productivity, quality, professionalism, and dependability standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
